Step Into Healing LLC was birthed from Rachel’s commitment to her own healing journey. In 2014 Rachel found herself stressed and struggling with her mental health. Finding transformation in the power of mindfulness practices involving yoga, meditation, energywork and bodywork, she changed direction to make a career that is now fostered in providing love and support to her community though Healing and Therapeutic touch. With a primarily Eastern Based bodywork practice, Rachel is so excited to open up those around her to the expansive world of massage and bodywork.
